Process & Workflow

  • My process starts with understanding your goals and vision. From there, I create initial concepts, refine them based on your feedback, and deliver final polished designs.

  • I start with a design questionnaire, a discovery call or a meet up over a coffee to understand your brand, target audience, and design preferences.

  • Typically, I provide 2–3 initial concepts for logos and 1–2 concepts for other design projects. This ensures you have options while keeping the process efficient.

  • Yes, most projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions to make sure the final design matches your expectations.

  • You’ll receive high-resolution files in the most commonly used formats (PDF, JPG, PNG) plus vector/source files (AI, EPS, or PSD) if requested.

  • I am happy to handle the printing myself if required. I can also recommend trusted printers and prepare print-ready files. All printing costs will be added to your final invoice.

Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. I offer both flat-rate prices and hourly/daily rates, depending on what works best for you.

  • I occasionally require a 50% deposit for the first time we work together to secure your project in my schedule, with the balance due upon final delivery.

  • I accept payments via bank transfer or other agreed-upon secure payment methods.

  • Standard revisions are included in your package. Additional revisions or expedited delivery may require an extra fee, which we’ll discuss upfront.

Timeline & Delivery

  • Timelines vary depending on the project. Logos typically take 1–2 weeks, while larger branding packages may take 3–4 weeks. A clear schedule can be discussed at the outset of a project.

  • Yes — I do accept rush projects when my schedule allows. A rush fee may apply.

  • Final files are delivered digitally via email, cloud storage, or a secure download link.

Copyright & Ownership

  • Upon final payment, you’ll have full ownership rights to the final designs. I may keep the work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.

  • Yes — your designs will be created for your business and fully cleared for commercial use.

  • I primarily create original designs. If stock images are needed, I’ll ensure they are licensed and approved for commercial use.

  • I typically communicate through email, video calls, or telephone calls, depending on your preference.

  • I provide updates at key stages of the project so you’re always informed and involved in the process.

  • Absolutely — I enjoy collaborating with teams to ensure the design integrates seamlessly with your overall strategy.

  • Yes — I’m happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if required.
