Silo

Silo is a restaurant based in central London and formally in the centre of Brighton. The ethos of Silo is based on a focus on zero waste. This is achieved by choosing to trade directly with farmers, using reusable delivery vessels and choosing local ingredients that themselves generated no waste. It is an inspirational and innovative restaurant that hopes to reinvent how the food industry is run. 

Studio Lewis was commissioned to produce several images for inclusion in the release of the Silo book. Each visual had to represent a talking point put across by founder Doug McMaster to best explain his ideologies and passions for running a business like his. Whether it is the topic of plant food, fermentation, gut health or trade, each image had to visualise Doug’s thoughts and beliefs succinctly.
